Daniella C. Infantino

Daniella is an associate at the firm’s Charlotte office, where she represents employers on various labor and employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, as well as compliance with OSHA and state workplace safety regulations.

She graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she worked as a research assistant and had her work published in the American Journal of Mediation, in addition to being recognized in the Emory Law Journal.
