
Overview
Conor Wiggins focuses his practice on employment litigation and counseling. Conor represents employers in a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, wage and hour violations, and restrictive covenants in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Additionally, Conor advises and counsels employers on policies and handbooks, wage and hour compliance, investigations, discipline, termination, and other related issues.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Conor served as an associate at a national civil litigation law firm where he focused on labor and employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and whistleblower claims. Prior to that, Conor served as an associate at a regional multi-practice law firm where he focused on employment and special education litigation in New Jersey state court and administrative agencies.
Conor also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable John A. Young, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson County, Criminal Division.
Conor graduated from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University where he served as the Editor in Chief of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel Law Journal.
