Chris Deering has more than 25 years of experience advising and defending businesses in a wide variety of employment-related lawsuits, administrative charges and demand letters. His focus includes allegations of discrimination, retaliation and harassment, wrongful discharge, and violations of wage and hour laws. 

Chris also has significant experience with workplace safety, restrictive covenants, whistleblower cases, and class and collective action litigation. He frequently counsels clients in matters involving employment policies, employee discipline and termination, workplace investigations, and reductions in force.

A frequent author on related topics, Chris previously practiced at an international law firm focusing on labor and employment matters.

He has been recognized among the nation’s top labor and employment attorneys by Best Lawyers in America for more than a decade.
