Overview
Christin Kim has over fifteen years of employment law and litigation experience and regularly advises employers on compliance with federal labor and employment laws regarding discrimination, harassment, retaliation, accommodations, labor, and investigations. Christin’s experience includes litigating claims arising under Title VII, ADEA, FMLA, and state law claims as well as drafting and reviewing employment contracts, handbooks, and policies.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Christin was an attorney for the United States Postal Service where she managed employment litigation matters, advised clients regarding personnel management and statutory compliance, and developed training programs that addressed emerging and critical issues in employment-related laws.
