Overview
Catrina Smith brings more than 30 years of experience advising leading UK and international companies on sensitive and complex employment and HR matters. In addition, as chair of the Legislative and Policy Committee of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) for more than four years, she has in-depth knowledge of current UK employment law reform, including plans for implementation of the Employment Rights Act 2025.
Catrina serves as Of Counsel in Fisher Phillips’ London office with a focus on the training and professional development of our UK team, thought leadership and counsel to clients in relation to the development of law and policy relating to UK employment law.
