Caroline Cheek

Caroline Cheek is an associate in the firm’s Charlotte office and defends employers on various labor and employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, as well as workplace safety regulations under OSHA and state agencies.

Caroline graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law and is a member of the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as Senior Articles Editor for ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal.
