Carol Najera-Luarca

Carol Najera-Luarca defends employers and businesses in employment litigation focusing on FEHA, wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and single-plaintiff claims in both federal and state courts. With more than seven years of hands-on litigation experience, Carol handles cases from intake through trial preparation, developing tailored defense strategies that prioritize early risk assessment, dispositive motion practice, and resolution through mediation or arbitration when it best serves clients’ interests.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Carol was Senior Counsel at a national Am Law 100 firm, where she managed an extensive caseload of employment disputes and high-exposure claims. Her experience at full-service and regional law firms sharpened her ability to lead defense teams, direct litigation strategy, and counsel employers on compliance and workforce policies.
