
Overview
Caine Caverly defends employers against a variety of workplace-related claims in state and federal court, in arbitration, and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). He regularly advises clients on a wide range of employment issues involving claims of trade secret misappropriation, discrimination, restrictive covenant breaches, and wage and hour disputes.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Caine practiced at a national labor and employment focused law firm where he counseled clients on all aspects of employment law arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the National Labor Relations Act, and a variety of state employment laws.
