
Overview
Bryce Pigeon is an associate in the firm’s Columbia, South Carolina office and represents employers in a variety of labor and employment issues, including bad faith bargaining, discrimination, workplace investigations, reductions in force (RIFs), wage and hour issues, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Bryce clerked for a large general litigation firm doing business and commercial litigation and worked at the United States Department of Commerce as an International Trade Compliance Analyst. Prior to attending law school, Bryce was a high school educator.
During law school, Bryce served as Articles Editor for the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal, completed a judicial externship for the Honorable J. Michelle Childs of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, was a member of the Order of the Coif, and served as Chair of the Honor Council.
