Bronte Mehdian is an associate in the Los Angeles office, where she represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. She advises clients on workplace policies, conducts internal investigations, and defends against claims involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour class actions, and claims under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA).
With extensive litigation experience, Bronte helps clients proactively manage risk, resolve disputes efficiently, and align legal strategy with business goals. She works with employers across a wide range of industries to prevent litigation and respond effectively when issues arise.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Bronte was an associate in the Labor & Employment Department of a diversified Los Angeles-based law firm.
