Overview
Ashley Pham is a partner in the Irvine office. She counsels and defends employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims. She collaborates with employers and HR departments to design and implement workplace policies and to draft employee-employer agreements, including employee handbooks, arbitration agreements, on-duty meal period agreements, alternative work arrangements, benefits, and severance packages.
Whether providing preventive counseling or litigation defense, Ashley uses the law as a vehicle to solve employers’ business problems and further their business interests.
