Anthonia Ogbechie is a U.S. Army Reserve Major-turned attorney who defends employers in a broad range of workplace matters, including mediation, arbitration, grievance proceedings, collective bargaining, and litigation in state and federal court and before local, state, and federal agencies. Her experience includes advising on compliance with local, state, and federal laws, which often involves offering practical solutions to workplace harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour issues.
