
Overview
With over a decade of labor and employment experience, Anna Branson uses her extensive and diverse knowledge of employment law to advise employers on various workplace-related issues. Anna focuses on workplace investigations; labor grievances; compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA); the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); state laws regarding medical leave and accommodations; and responding to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) complaints.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Anna was general counsel for labor and employment for an international sports wagering and entertainment company where she handled a wide range of matters, led trainings for human resources professionals and managers, as well as helped with policy development.
