Andrew Dymowski

Andrew Dymowski defends employers in labor and employment litigation, guiding businesses of all sizes through claims involving discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, and class action disputes in both state and federal courts. Before joining Fisher Phillips, Andrew served as an associate at a national full-service law firm, where he handled a wide variety of labor and employment matters for corporate clients. His earlier experience includes clerking for a trial judge, providing him with valuable insights into case strategy and judicial decision-making that inform his practical, client-centered approach.
