Andre Arias

Andre manages cases from pre-suit investigations through discovery, motion practice, mediations, and trial. He has defended employers in single-plaintiff lawsuits and multi-party matters, regularly preparing and arguing motions, drafting mediation statements, and providing comprehensive case analyses.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Andre served as associate at a regional law firm, where he focused on defending insurance providers and their insureds in employment law disputes and general liability claims. This experience honed his ability to anticipate employer challenges, manage voluminous document productions, and deliver effective strategies in matters ranging from workplace discrimination to wage and hour litigation.
