Overview
Amy Kullik helps businesses of all sizes proactively mitigate risk and achieve solutions that align with their competitive positions and business needs.
A significant part of her practice involves advising and counseling employers on the full range of employment law issues. To this end, Amy drafts employment contracts, policies, and handbooks, resolves issues involving employee discipline and termination, handles workforce reductions, accommodations, and leaves, and more broadly guides them to implement sound workplace practices and procedures. She also develops and conducts training and compliance programs – for both employees and management – on interviewing and hiring, performance management, discrimination and harassment, workplace health and safety, and other regulatory and leadership topics.
