Adam Prinsen

Adam Prinsen is a seasoned litigator who focuses on representing employers in matters involving employee defection and trade secrets protection. Adam advises companies on enforcing restrictive covenants, preventing trade secret misappropriation, and managing the legal fallout when key employees depart for competitors. In addition to this work, Adam has extensive experience in government and internal investigations and represents clients in a broad range of other employment-related disputes, providing comprehensive support to businesses facing various workplace challenges.

Drawing on a decade of litigation and investigations experience representing businesses ranging from healthcare and financial services organizations to international manufacturers, Adam develops practical strategies to help employers resolve sensitive matters efficiently while minimizing business disruption.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Adam was a litigator at a national multidisciplinary business law firm and a federal judicial clerk for the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
