Travis Vance commented on the Biden administration’s recent withdrawal of its COVID-19 shot-or-test rule for workers at large employers in the wake of a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that blocked the measure from taking effect earlier this month.

“By withdrawing the standard, OSHA avoids the possibility that the Sixth Circuit or the Supreme Court would issue a decision restricting existing or future regulations,” said Travis.
