This free webinar series provides the latest updates on the Mine Safety and Health Administration’s (MSHA) regulatory agenda, reviews recent decisions of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission, and provides useful insights to keep you up to speed on all things MSHA.

Matthew discussed effectively contesting citations under the Mine Act. He also focused on preparing your company for an inspection, what to do during the inspection to reduce your liability, and effectively handling the contest process after the inspection.
