In an interview with Construction Dive about Virginia’s regulatory mandate regarding COVID-19 safety measures in the workplace, Nick Hulse explains why other states and the federal government may not enact similar emergency standards. He explains that “…states’ ability to enact emergency standards depends on what their state statues allow.” He also adds that he “…thinks OSHA’s position is that the rules in place are sufficient.”
