In an interview with McKnight’s Senior Living, Micah Dickie shares his insights on what OSHA’s electronic recordkeeping rule might mean for senior living facilities now that it has officially gone into effect. He notes that it “is a huge expansion of what employers must send to OSHA and will allow OSHA to obtain — and then publish to third parties — the specific injury and illness records that each senior living and skilled nursing operator keeps at their worksites.”
