Rich Meneghello's article "Workplace battle lines are being challenged by NLRB" was featured on IdahoBusinessReview.com. Based on the NLRB and appeals court decision, the next battlefield between union organizers and employers may take place on email servers, and employers might not be too happy when they learn their prospects for defeat are pretty high.
