Kevin Simon was quoted in The Washington Post on August 28, 2015. The article “Why Checking a Potential Employee’s Background is Legally Tricky” discussed the challenging task of unearthing potentially negative information about a prospective employee before hiring that person.

Kevin was quoted on his take of background checks and interviews.

“Sometimes it gets you into information you don’t want to know,” said Kevin.

“There aren’t a lot of restrictions in terms of what they can ask directly," he said. "It’s how do you verify what the applicant tells you that’s the challenge."
