What Ohio COVID-19 Liability Shield Means for Employers

To help reduce fear and encourage businesses to open their doors, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed H.B. 606 — the Good Samaritan Expansion Bill — into law to protect employers, among others, from the risk of COVID-19-related liability.
