Washington’s New Pay Transparency Rules: Job Postings

Starting January 1, 2023, all employers looking for candidates (even remote) in Washington must comply with Washington Equal Pay Opportunity Act amendments concerning job posting disclosures.  This webinar will walk through the new Administrative Policy and answer FAQs such as:

• What is a salary range?
• What must I disclose regarding benefits?
• What is other compensation?
• What about social media?

We will also go over a “Top 10 List” of best practices to avoid pay transparency claims.
