In an interview with NJCPA Magazine, Kathleen McLeod Caminiti shares her insights on what professional offices must do as they maintain or return from remote schedules. Kathleen explains that employee retention and engagement—especially of women—must be a top focus before any attempt to return to normalcy. “Remote work has created even more challenges for working women, so employers must step up to help curb the long-term damage that has been done over the past year. Additionally, it has been widely reported that the pandemic has driven many women from the American workforce and has created challenges for employers in retaining this critical part of our workforce.”
