In an interview with the Los Angeles Business Journal, Todd Scherwin discusses what employers are confronting as employees return to the office. Aside from compliance and workplace safety issues – when and where to wear a mask, for example – Todd explains that he is seeing an uptick in harassment complaints. “I’ve started to see more questions and concerns about potential inappropriate behavior and harassment claims and inappropriate language, almost like people need to be readjusted into society,” Todd said.
