Todd Logsdon Named Among “20 People to Know in Law” by Louisville Business First

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Todd Logsdon has been named among Louisville Business First’s “20 People to Know in Law.”

Each year the publication compiles this list to introduce readers to the professional achievers within the legal industry. Todd’s selection was based, in part, on his accomplishments in the workplace safety arena and his leading role in helping employers navigate COVID-19. In the write-up about Todd, he highlights how the pandemic has impacted his practice and his relationships with his clients. He explains that nothing satisfies him more than getting a good result for his clients and helping them achieve their goals and avoid pitfalls. He also discusses how it meant the world to him to be recognized by his clients as a “2020 Client Service All-Star” for his steadfast commitment and unrelenting pursuit to fulfilling clients’ needs. And finally, Todd describes how lucky he is to be surrounded by the firm’s “solution-driven and client-focused” attorneys, and he even refers to his Fisher Phillips colleagues as his “legal dream team.”   

Todd is a partner in the firm’s Louisville office and is a member of the firm’s COVID-19 Taskforce, a cross-disciplinary team of attorneys dedicated to advising employers on the many workplace law aspects of the global coronavirus pandemic. He co-chairs the firm's Workplace Safety and Catastrophe Practice Group and is regarded as a leader on Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issues including contesting and litigating OSHA citations, representing employers during OSHA inspections/investigations, conducting OSHA compliance audits, and defending whistleblower/retaliation claims. Todd also regularly handles employment disputes involving discrimination, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), wage and hour, and covenants not to compete. His practice includes the defense of employment-related claims before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, as well as counseling and training clients on day-to-day compliance issues and litigation avoidance.
