Michelle advises to avoid dating in workplace but if dating is going to take place, try to make sure it's more than casual dating.
Companies should evaluate whether or not they have a policy and if so, is it a written policy. Michelle advises that the policy be written especially if employees are expected to follow it.
If employees are going to date, there should be no inappropriate emails, texts, or conversations in the workplace.
Some companies require employees to disclose relationship and enter a "love contract" to set boundaries.
