Three Attorneys from Fisher Phillips Recognized in International Who's Who of Management Labour and Employment Lawyers

KANSAS CITY & NEW ORLEANS (June 12, 2013) - Three attorneys from Fisher Phillips have been recognized in the 2013 International Who’s Who of Management Labour and Employment Lawyers. The annual list identifies attorneys who have demonstrated a proven track record in representing and advising employers on all aspects of employment law.  Attorneys who work worldwide, both in-house and in private practice, selected the nominees - based upon comprehensive independent surveys and interviews. J. Randall Coffey, a partner in the Kansas City office, and Keith Pyburn and Robert McCalla, partners in the New Orleans office, were selected for inclusion in this prestigious list of the world’s leading labor and employment lawyers. 

Randy Coffey is a partner in the Kansas City office. He devotes his practice to the representation of management in labor and employment matters, defending employers in state and federal courts throughout the United States. His experience also includes traditional labor representation, such as labor contract negotiations, NLRB-supervised representation elections and litigation, and union avoidance efforts. In 2010 Randy was inducted as a Fellow into The College of Labor & Employment Lawyers. He is "AV" Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and he has been listed in Chambers USA, America's Leading Business Lawyers since 2008. He was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2013 and in Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers 2011 and 2012. Keith Pyburn is managing partner of the New Orleans office. He has represented management in the practice of labor relations and employment law since 1975. Keith was named one of the City's 50 "Outstanding Lawyers" by New Orleans CityBusiness. He is "AV" Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized in Louisiana Super Lawyers since 2007. Bob McCalla is a senior partner in the New Orleans office. He has more than 35 years of experience as a labor and employment lawyer. He has extensive trial experience in both jury and non-jury discrimination cases. He also has an extensive practice in labor relations and he has advised companies on all aspects of negotiations, strikes, striker replacement, corporate campaigns and other union matters.  Bob has been recognized as one of New Orleans' "50 Leaders in Law" by New Orleans CityBusiness.
