Workplace activism is on the rise, and work stoppages ranging from labor union-led strikes to spontaneous employee walkouts have been at historically high levels. This exciting program will examine what kinds of activity are lawful, and, most importantly, how to equip your employer with the best contingency plan to counter the effectiveness of a strike or picketing activity.
Join Fisher Phillips Labor Relations Co-Chair, Todd A. Lyon, and partner Rick Grimaldi for a full-day labor relations program on how to prepare for and succeed in the face of strikes, pickets, and boycotts. Whether you are a non-union employer or an employer with a longstanding labor relationship, Operations Managers, Human Resources Leaders, and Labor Relations Managers will learn “where the legal lines are” with respect to the latest strike tactics utilized by organized labor – with one eye on where the law stands today – and another on where it may be going.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided to all attendees.
Space for this program is very limited and is reserved exclusively for clients and prospective clients of Fisher Phillips. Registrants will receive email confirmation of their reservation upon review of registration details.
