TAG Human Resources Society in partnership with Fisher Phillips presents:
Employment Practice Liability Insurance: Are You Covered?
As an employer, do you have a risk management plan in place to account for a harassment or discrimination claim? Do these and other employment practice related claims have the potential to negatively impact your bottom line or even the viability of your company? EPLI coverage can be a valuable safety net in the right circumstances. Do you have coverage and if not, should you consider it?
EPLI policies and coverage, which are intended to protect companies against loss arising out of employment related disputes, can serve as a last line of defense against employment claims. Policies can be complicated and confusing. Understanding your coverage is vital. Josh Viau from the Atlanta office of Fisher Phillips will lead a discussion on EPLI essentials. This topic will include:
- Positives and Negatives of EPLI
- EPLI Basics - What is covered?
- Understanding your policy
- How to maximize your coverage
- What to do if you aren't happy with your current coverage
