One look at recent headlines makes clear that cases of bullying in workplace settings are increasing nationwide. Issues involving politically inspired tension; provocative activity on social media; aggressive posturing aimed at women, minorities, and immigrants;  a lack of sensitivity related to issues of mental health; and general uncontrolled aggression by employees and supervisors alike, all contribute to this increase. Workplace bullying lowers morale, decreases productivity, and costs companies good employees victimized by the bully.  It also makes employers the target of claims ranging from harassment and negligent supervision to infliction of emotional distress.

It is crucial that employers know how to identify and manage workplace bullying and implement appropriate policies to mitigate this harmful activity.  This webinar will explore all of these issues.
