Sidney Minter was quoted in the Business Insurance article “Supreme Court Kicks Matter of Sexual Orientation Bias Down the Road” which discussed the recent refusal of the U.S. Supreme Court to consider an appellate court ruling on the issue of whether Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 protects employees from discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation.
Sidney believes the court will rule sexual orientation is covered by Title VII.
