Super Lawyers Recognizes Five Portland Fisher Phillips Attorneys

Fisher Phillips announced today that four attorneys from its Portland, Oregon office are included in the 2017 Oregon Super Lawyers list, an honor bestowed on only five percent of lawyers in the state. One attorney has been selected for inclusion on the 2017 Oregon Rising Stars list.

Partners Mitchell Baker, Clarence Belnavis, Todd Lyon and Richard Meneghello have been recognized by Super Lawyers for their practice in labor and employment law. Associate Attorney Alexander Wheatley has received the honor of being listed among the 2017 Oregon Rising Stars.

A Thomson Reuters business, Super Lawyers is a rating service of lawyers leading in their field who have received peer recognition and who have attained a high degree of professional achievement. The annual state-by-state selections are made using a patented multi-phase process that includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.

Based on a multiphase selection process, lawyers listed as Rising Stars must be 40 years old or younger and in practice for 10 years or less. Only 2.5 percent of Oregon Attorneys are named Rising Stars.
