Shayna Balch of Fisher Phillips Has Been Named to the 2018 Super Lawyers Southwest Rising Stars

PHOENIX (April 23, 2018) – Fisher Phillips announces Partner Shayna Balch of the Phoenix office has been listed in 2018 Super Lawyers Southwest Rising Stars.

Arizona’s Rising Stars are chosen on an annual basis using a comprehensive, multi-phase rating process. Each candidate is evaluated on professional achievement and must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less to qualify.

Shayna Balch represents employers in employment and labor litigation matters before federal and state courts as well as before administrative agencies. She handles matters across all facets of labor and employment law and has represented clients before trial and appellate courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Arizona Civil Rights Division, and United States Department of Justice Office of Special Counsel (OSC). She has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers Southwest – Rising Stars since 2012.
