In an interview with the San Francisco Chronicle, Travis Vance weighs in on various aspects of the federal vaccine mandate. Travis advises that “employers can be cited for not having a policy in place in time.” Additionally, he notes that employees who work entirely outdoors are exempt from the requirements. Travis also explains that “workers at companies where everyone works remotely are also not affected by the new requirements.”
