News

12.15.22

In an interview with the San Francisco Chronicle, Ben Ebbink shares his insight on the latest COVID-19 workplace rules in California. The California/OSHA Standards Board is considering a two-year standard that could pave the way for long-term guidelines on preventing viral spread at work. The rule covers all workplaces in California, regardless of size, except for healthcare and other settings where a stricter standard for aerosol disease transmission is in place.

Ben proceeds to discuss the latest updates on exclusion pay, daily screenings, close contact, face covering, vaccines, infectious periods, notices, and outbreaks.
