Pro-Employer NLRB Rulings May Prompt Handbook Reviews

The end of 2019 was a busy year for the NLRB as the board issued a trio of decisions along with a procedural regulation slated to roll back some of the more onerous aspects of the agency’s “quickie election” rule. According to Charles Caulkins and Garrett Kamen, employers can expect more pro-employer developments (including decisions offering further clarity on social media and related rules) in the new year.
