Pittsburgh CLE Series: Time to Tune Up Your Compliance and Ethics Program
Event
1.12.22
12:00 PM — 1:00 PM EST
As we turn the calendar to a new year, employers in all sectors should take the opportunity to review their corporate governance, compliance and ethics programs. But, just what does a comprehensive program entail? This webinar will discuss the crucial aspects of a practical governance program, including company risk assessment, codes of conduct programming, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, internal investigations and whistleblower issues. It will then focus on the building blocks for designing and implementing an effective Compliance and Ethics program. The session will also draw on the Department of Justice’s criminal sentencing guidelines and how they are applied to private business organizations for lessons in what effective compliance programming must include and pitfalls that may exist for ineffective programming. If you have any questions, please contact Donna Kearney. Fisher Phillips is committed to providing access to all of our events for disabled attendees. Automated closed captioning is available for all of our webinars. For other accommodation inquiries, please give us three business days advance notice prior to the scheduled event by contacting Donna Kearney. Thank you. |
