Phillip Bauknight Named a 2023 Leader in Technology by NJBiz

Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, is pleased to announce that Phillip Bauknight has been selected for inclusion in the NJBIZ 2023 Leaders in Digital Technology Awards. The new program, which was built from the publication’s previous Digi-Tech Innovators Awards, celebrates companies and individuals who are making a difference in the digital technology space.

Phillip, Chair of Fisher Phillips’ Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Practice Group, is highlighted for his creation of the firm’s Cryptocurrency team – the first national workplace law firm to dedicate a group solely to the interests of employers and the many labor and employment issues that arise from the use of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies. As a partner in the firm’s New Jersey office, Phil provides practical guidance to help employers across a broad range of industries, including technology, life sciences, healthcare, PEOs, education, fashion, and retail, navigate blockchain technology and digital currency issues in the workplace.

NJBIZ began the Digi-Tech Innovator Awards in 2019 to celebrate local business leaders who understand and utilize technology and digital innovation in their respective industries. The individuals recognized provide innovative technology solutions for clients and companies in a number of industries, including health care, finance, law, telecommunications and more.
