Partners at Fisher Phillips Re-Elect Roger Quillen as Chairman and Charles Caulkins as a Member of the Firm's Management Committee

ATLANTA, GA (June 8, 2011) - The three-member Management Committee at the national labor and employment law firm Fisher Phillips has re-elected Roger K. Quillen to serve as the group's Chairman and the firm's Managing Partner. The firm's partners have also re-elected Charles S. Caulkins to a second three-year term on the management committee.

Quillen has served on the management committee continuously since 1997 and has been the firm's Chairman and Managing Partner since 1999. He joined the firm in 1980. Management Committee members are elected to serve three-year terms. The third member of the committee is Thomas P. Rebel, who works in the Atlanta and Fort Lauderdale offices.

Caulkins will also continue as the managing partner of the firm's Fort Lauderdale office, a position he has held for 25 years.

The Management Committee serves as a board of directors for the 22-office labor and employment law firm. Each committee member is elected to a three year term in staggered elections.

Quillen said: "The past couple of years have been difficult ones for the legal profession. However, our firm's management committee, attorneys and staff all came together to ensure our continued success through hard work and belt tightening while providing excellent service to our clients. The firm grew during this time and we are proud to have added an office in Phoenix this year.
