In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has issued new guidance for U.S. employers relating to things like reporting and the enforcement of respirator protection. In an interview with Bloomberg Law, Ed Foulke weighed-in on OSHA’s latest clarification on work-related virus exposure and noted that the new guidance could be interpreted to focus primarily on health-care workers and first responders who have a higher likelihood of being exposed to the disease on the job.
