Orlando Attorney Provides Tips on Managing Politics in the Office

Orlando attorney Justin McConnell spoke with the Orlando Business Journal on best practices employers should consider to keep a healthy, functioning work environment when political conversations enter the workplace. According to Justin, it’s not a matter of if political conversations will infiltrate the workplace. Rather, it’s when and how. He suggests having policies in place that give and provide a goal post for what’s permissible at work. “Now’s a great time to go back to employee handbooks and policy manuals that have been collecting dust for the last there years,” Justin says.
