Event
9.07.22
9:00 AM — 10:00 AM EST
2022 is already seeing an uptick in routine types of wage and hour claims that comprise the lion’s share of employment class and collective actions. New Jersey businesses have been struggling with balancing a workforce shortage, remote work, worker classification, overtime challenges, and aggressive Department of Labor investigators. All of this will require businesses to be on guard like never before. Attorneys Kathleen McLeod Caminiti and Joshua Allen will answer challenging employment questions while providing practical guidance to weather the storm during these difficult times.
The firm is submitting this webinar for HRCI/SHRM credit.
