National Media Covers Fisher Phillips’ Flash Survey on Vaccines in the Workplace

Fisher Phillips recently released the results of its Flash Survey which revealed that most employers are not making COVID-19 vaccinations mandatory in the workplace. HR Dive and Law360 covered the results of the survey highlighting that most employers are opting to encourage their workforce to receive the vaccine to help reduce the risk of the virus spreading in the workplace. Kevin Troutman, co-chair of Fisher Phillips’ Healthcare practice explains that the findings of the survey seem to be pretty consistent with the conversations he’s having with clients across the country.
