Money Matters: Pay Transparency Comes to Massachusetts — What Employers Need to Know
Event
10.08.25
12:00 PM — 1:00 PM EDT
Join members of the Fisher Phillips' Pay Equity and Transparency practice group for a webinar designed to help Massachusetts employers prepare for compliance with new pay transparency requirements taking effect on October 29, 2025.
The webinar will, additionally, delve into the landscape beyond Massachusetts and discuss requirements enacted by state and local governments across the country that compel employers to disclose employee compensation information in an effort to reduce the pay gap between various protected classes. Staying on top of these requirements is a tall order that invites significant risk to unwary employers, but proactively learning about and addressing potential challenges can help to avoid trouble.
Attendees will come away with a practical understanding of the national pay transparency landscape, and a clear sense of how to achieve compliance with the new requirements in Massachusetts before they take effect on October 29, 2025.
