Join Fisher Phillips Partners, Jim Fessenden and Jacklin Rad, and Founder of Talent Distinctions, Michelle Winkley, for a one hour webinar covering the newest policies and best practices on pay equity and transparency. Jim, Jacklin and Michelle will cover what is expected of employers for each policy including what we have learned over the last year. Attendees will leave with updated knowledge around what practices should be put in place to ensure their organization is compliant, including recruiting practices, promotion programs, and compensation. As usual questions will be answered during the webinar.
