Money Matters: Leveraging Pay Equity Audits for Strategic Pay Decisions

Event

7.28.25
12:00 PM — 1:00 PM EDT

Register for Webinar

Join members of Fisher Phillips’ Pay Equity and Transparency practice group for a webinar designed to review the basics of conducting a pay equity audit as well as highlight the function a high-quality audit can serve as compensation season begins.

Pay equity audits have in recent years become a critical aspect of basic legal compliance in the workplace. They also play an important role in the broader process of evaluating compensation structures, benchmarking against the market, and making decisions about salary increases, bonuses, and other rewards. Understanding the utility of an audit can be instrumental in helping employers across the country attract and retain talent, maintain fair pay practices, and ensure alignment between compensation and organizational objectives.

Attendees will come away prepared both to conduct a pay equity audit, and to leverage their findings to add practical value to annual compensation season activities.

Space for this program is limited and is available on a first come, first serve basis.

If you have any questions, please contact Morgan Ingraham.
