Now that California’s new pay transparency in job postings requirement (SB 1162) has been in effect for a few months, and we have some preliminary enforcement guidance from the state, this is a good opportunity to review lingering questions about the new law, explore ongoing compliance challenges, and discuss best practices.
As an update to our previous webinar from November, this session will focus on lessons learned from implementation of the new requirement and some additional clarity and questions raised by the guidance issued by the state. If you’ve already implemented pay scale information into your job postings or haven’t yet started, this will be a crucial and timely discussion to make sure you are on the right track.
